"At the end of the day I hoped the day was not over. I am so excited to be part of Project Eagle. The advantages that come with being part of this program are too many to list. I have learned words such as FANBOYS, which I had never heard of until now. I learned why commas go in all the places I used to get wrong. I can actually say that if my daughter asked me to help her in English, I could. The confidence I am experiencing is like euphoria. I do not want this to end. I have seriously considered trying to bribe my way in to the other classes even though I do not need them. Meeting the instructors such as Dr. Everett and Dr. Robison has been inspirational. The straight-forward nature of Everett and the true caring nature of Robison is awesome. For most of my life, I have expressed my inability to explain why I know why something is written wrong. Thanks to people like Megan (Thompson) and Bruce (Chatmen), now I have those words. I hope next year I can help another nervous student feel like I do right now, unstoppable."
